JUST A FEW THINGS FIRST
LET ME TELL YOU WHAT I'M NOT
I'm not the person who's going to hand you a logo and call it a brand. I'm not the consultant who shows up with a deck full of trendy words and lacks soul. I'm definitely not one who prioritizes aesthetics over foundation.
Hey I'm Tre'elle— a Strategic Brand Transformation Partner. That means I get in the mud with you, a co-laborer in your vision. I troubleshoot your voice like I used to troubleshoot circuits in the Navy, because that's where I learned that sound precedes form.
I've spent the last decade helping visionaries build enterprises from the inside out—not the outside in. Stop performing and start building what you've been called to create.
I'm also a PhD student in strategic media researching narrative systems, a published author, a creative director, a speaker, and a mom who's learned that sustainable success isn't about hustle, it's about calibration and capacity.
I bring psychology, strategy, engineering precision, and discernment to every partnership. I use a lot of metaphors (landscapes, gardens, electrical systems) because complexity deserves understanding, not more complex language.

MY ROOTS
I'm from Beaufort, South Carolina. Lowcountry born. Gullah Geechie raised. My roots run deep in a culture where language is rhythm, where stories aren't just told, they're felt. I grew up on stories from my great-grandma to my mama, and I didn't just hear them. I could see them. Feel them. My soul knew them.
I'm a musician who plays woodwinds (clarinet and alto sax), piano, and acoustic guitar. I produce sounds because to me, everything is sound. Music taught me arrangement, harmony, and how to see in color.
I love basketball. I played JV/V in high school and on my ship, USS BATAAN LHD-5 women's team. Basketball taught me the power of teamwork and the importance of enjoying the moments. I'm a competitor and hate to lose, so I truly believe practice makes progress.
I'm a Navy Vet. I served 8 years as an Interior Communications Electrician, troubleshooting circuits, learning how amplified voice works, how power systems operate, and how the power of systemized integration. From sound-power telephones to satellites, from 440v to wind power, every source of energy made an impact on the ship, and that's a lesson I carry into building complex systems. I also sang the National Anthem in various countries, ceremonies, and arenas.
Life after the military: small business owner (Tag It Brand It), mom, author, speaker, strategist. I hold a BS in Psychology from Regent University (VA), an MS in Digital Audience Strategy (AZ), and am now a PhD student in Strategic Media at Liberty University, researching narrative systems and orality.
